Bill Cogdill is a leading supply chain professional, formerly as Senior Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, one of the fastest growing technology outsourcing companies in America.  Bill formerly managed his own company as President for Allied Business Services Group LLC, an independent consulting company providing service for Strategy, Operations and Technology.  Bill has formerly provided supply chain services to Fortune 500 companies world wide.  Mr. Cogdill is affiliated with the Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Management and has specialized in Supply Chain Management for more than two decades and consulted with Fortune 500 companies around the world.  He has spent seven years consulting global companies with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP with additional responsibilities for training consultants and managing instructors in North America and Europe for their award-winning Supply Chain Management courses. 
Mr. Cogdill has focused his career identifying market opportunities and improving ROA for large and medium-sized businesses.  He has helped many of his clients align execution of their Supply Chain technology programs and projects to the marketplace by developing key performance metrics that not only measure critical processes, but also have improved results of key financial drivers by creating a “line of sight” from the business processes to the P&L. 
Prior to consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Cogdill spent 17 years with Fortune Brands in its Office Products Group, ACCO Brands Inc.  He has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations.  He was responsible for Fortune Brands success with EDI in the early ‘90’s with such large US Retailers as Walmart, K-Mart, Target, Sears, JC Penney and OfficeMax, Staples and Office Depot.   Mr. Cogdill also laid the groundwork for a CRM system for ACCO World - Fortune Brands’ Office Products division.  Prior to the EDI effort he was one of three managers selected to manage a turnaround effort at a $120 million manufacturing acquisition.
Mr. Cogdill has managed initiatives in multiple industries Consumer Packaging, Healthcare, Industrial Electronics, Semi-conductor, Automotive, Retail Foodservice, Consumer Marketing, Chemicals.
His approach to business is end-to-end alignment of project operations oriented around linking an organization’s value proposition to the marketplace and financial results.  He believes each fundamental strategy for an organization must provide clear value to achieve an organization’s mission and each tactical operation must be linked by measurements to support that strategy. 

Mr. Cogdill has been working with enabling information systems since 1980 and has been directly responsible for strategic business requirements, functional requirements definition, technical specifications evaluation, systems selection, software acquisition, configuration and implementation.
